Thank you for shopping with Xhunter Australia. We aim to dispatch your order efficiently and safely. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time for In-Stock Items
For items marked as “In Stock”, our standard warehouse processing time is 2–4 business days.
This includes order verification, quality checks, and packing before dispatch.
2. Stock with Supplier – Extended Dispatch Time
Products marked as “Stock with Supplier” are not stored in our local warehouse and must be sourced from external suppliers upon order.

These items will typically be dispatched within 2–4 weeks, depending on supplier availability and transit time.

By placing an order for these items, you acknowledge and accept the extended dispatch timeframe.

3. Click and Collect Orders
Click and Collect is available from our warehouse at:

Do not come to collect your order until you receive an SMS, email, or WhatsApp confirmation that your order is ready.

Orders not confirmed as ready will not be accessible for pickup.
4. Shipping Restrictions for Oversized or Heavy Items
If your order includes any item that is:

Longer than 105 cm, or
-
Heavier than 20 kg
You must provide a valid physical address for delivery.
PO Box addresses are not acceptable for these items and may cause delays or failed deliveries.
Please ensure your shipping address meets these requirements to avoid unnecessary delays.
5. General Delivery Notes

Estimated delivery times will vary based on your address, courier network, and order contents.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
6. Delays and Liability
While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or other factors outside our control.
For "Stock with Supplier" items, we do not accept cancellation or refund requests based solely on delivery delays.
