I use these at the shooting range and they've served me well. They fit me almost perfectly. They're comfortable to the point of forgetting I have them in. However, every once in a while they'll slip slightly and won't be snug in my ears. It isn't enough to cause any damage or pain. Granted, I'm not shooting 50BMG. But I've gone through dozens of rounds before I even realized that I don't have a perfect seal. Full-sized earmuffs with electronic noise reduction are probably a safer bet, but they can also be really hot and make you all sweaty. These are much more comfortable and almost as reliable. They're also really easy to clean.
I have been trying to find something that would work for me. I have a severe hearing loss and other products have not worked with my hearing loss. These are excellent, they provide enough volume for me to hear other while I am at the shooting range while also providing sound suppression to protect what hearing I have left. They are very lite and do not get in the way of a rifle or shotgun. I recommend these to anyone with a hearing problem or if you need to hear others while still protecting your hearing.
I have only had these for a short time and I'm hoping that will last for a long period of time. That is the only reason I do not give them 5 stars.
