This 6-piece kit comes with an 8-inch, 6.5-inch, 5.5-inch, and 4.75-inch fillet knives. The blades are made from satin finished stainless steel then coated with titanium to strengthen the cutting edge against premature wear. Our fillet knives are sharp and flexible making it easy to follow the natural contours of the fish for cutting perfect fillets.
