The Aimpoint Mounting Adapter is intended to be installed on magnifying scopes. The Adapter has a MIL-Std 1913 Picatinny rail on which the Aimpoint Micro series sights can be mounted. While designed for the use with the Micro series, it will also work with any Picatinny rail accessory like flashights or lasers.
