When deciding on the right Thermal Monocular firstly start with thinking about your most commonly visited locations or most challenging situations - thinking about the distance you are needing to detect your targets. This LYNX Pro 15mm lens, is an amazing unit - with the unique 12-micron pixel detector - this gives you a far better image & distance than the standard 17 microns. It would compete with most 19mm std thermals. But with being a 15mm lens you get a great Field of view - so when stalking through the bush you don't have to do the old W motion up and down to ensure you canvas the area.
