What are the exact dimensions of the Pro-Shot Whitetail targets and how many come in a pack?

Each target measures 25 inches by 25 inches (63.5 cm x 63.5 cm), providing a generous life-size surface area for realistic placement practice. They are printed on heavy-stock target paper and supplied as a 5-pack of folded targets packaged in a convenient resealable plastic bag.

What is the recommended shooting distance for these targets and do they work well for Australian deer species?

These targets are designed primarily for sighting in and practice out to 100 yards (approximately 91 metres) using standard optics. Because the anatomical proportions of a North American whitetail closely approximate medium-sized Australian game deer like Fallow, Red, Chital, and Rusa, they are ideal for pre-season calibration in the bush.

Are these paper targets compatible with all firearm calibres and archery equipment?

Yes, they feature a universal design that is fully compatible with all firearm calibres ranging from rimfire to centrefire rifles, slug guns, and muzzleloaders. They are also suitable for archery equipment including compound bows, recurves, and crossbows when used with an appropriate target backstop.

Do these Pro-Shot targets require any electrical compliance or special setup for use at the range?

As a passive, paper-based shooting accessory, this product requires no electrical power, meaning Australian 240V compatibility, SAA approval, and RCM marks are not applicable. Setup simply requires mounting the heavy paper sheet onto a target backer board, cardboard stand, or frame using staples or tape.

Deer Sight In Targets - Pro-Shot WDSI-5PK

The Proshot 25x25" Whitetail Target 5-Pack provides a life-size game profile combined with precision sighting aids for rifle zeroing and field preparation. Printed on heavy-stock target paper measuring 25 inches by 25 inches (63.5 cm by 63.5 cm), each sheet depicts an authentic anatomical whitetail deer illustration featuring colour-coded vital organ zones for the heart and lungs. Integrated MOA-style grid overlays cover the vitals and extend to two dedicated diamond zeroing targets, allowing shooters to adjust optic elevation and windage offsets directly on the sheet without leaving the firing line.

Who is the Proshot 25x25" Whitetail Target 5-Pack for?

Hunters zeroing rifles before deer season — requires a 25-inch by 25-inch life-size deer paper target featuring dedicated diamond grids alongside anatomical vitals to verify point of impact and dial in field optics on a single sheet.
Marksmen practicing anatomical shot placement at 100 yards — provides 5 folded targets per pack with high-contrast glowing accents engineered for target acquisition and heart-lung vital zone identification at working distances out to 100 yards.

Less suitable for: Shooting distances exceeding 100 yards, where dedicated extended-range grid sheets (such as 200-yard sight-in targets) or reactive steel targets are better suited for identifying bullet impacts without high-magnification spotting optics.
