The Universal Loading Block by Hornady is used with magnum, 308 and 223 size case heads. This Hornady Gunsmith and Reloading Tool also works with Fast-Load Powder Measure Stand to reach every case in the block. This Gunsmith and Reloading Equipment is critical gear for any hand-loader.
