This quality made in New Zealand Stainless Steel Fillet Knife uses only the finest Swedish virgin iron ore in the production of it's razor-blade steel. The 9" knife is ideal for filleting larger fish with deeper bodies, wider fillets and is ideal for skinning those larger fish such as groper, bluenose and bass.
