How visible are the bullet impacts on the Pro-Shot 6-inch targets at standard rifle distances?

At distances between 50 m and 100 m, bullet impacts create a high-visibility fluorescent chartreuse green halo around the entry hole, allowing you to easily spot your groupings through standard low-to-medium magnification optics without needing a spotting scope.

Can these adhesive targets be used effectively in damp or wet Australian outdoor range conditions?

Like most heavy tag paper targets with self-adhesive backing, the adhesive tack can degrade if applied directly to damp, wet, or excessively dusty backings. For best results in wet weather or outback conditions, apply the peel-and-stick targets to dry cardboard, plywood, or corrugated plastic backers.

Are there any Australian licensing or electrical safety compliance requirements needed to purchase these targets?

No special state or territory firearms licences are required to purchase reactive paper targets in Australia. Furthermore, because these are passive, non-powered paper consumable accessories, electrical certifications like SAA/RCM approvals and 240V mains compatibility are completely not applicable.

Reactive Targets - Pro-Shot 6B-GREEN-60PK

The Pro-Shot SplatterShot® 6" Green Bullseye Target (60 Pack) is a reactive adhesive paper target engineered to deliver immediate visual shot feedback. Manufactured from heavy tag cardstock, each target features a black surface layer over a high-visibility chartreuse green substrate. On impact from a projectile, the surface layer bursts to produce a high-contrast green halo around the entry hole, allowing shooters to confirm shot placement at typical range distances without relying constantly on spotting scopes or binoculars.

Key Features

High-Visibility Reactive Splatter: Bullet impacts trigger a bright fluorescent green halo around the point of impact, providing clear visual feedback across indoor ranges, overcast outdoor conditions, and low-light environments.
Self-Adhesive Peel-and-Stick Backing: Applies directly to cardboard backers, plywood, corrugated plastic range stands, or over used targets to quickly refresh the target face between shooting strings.
Broad Calibre Compatibility: Works reliably with rimfire (.17 HMR, .22 LR), centre-fire handguns, magnum rifles, shotgun slugs, airguns, and archery equipment.
Bulk 60-Count Pack: Supplied as a 60-pack of individual 6-inch targets, offering high volume for dedicated training days, group zeroing, and load testing.

Who is the Proshot Splatter Shot 6" Green Peel & Stick Bullseye Target 60 Pack for?

Handgun Shooters: Delivers instant naked-eye shot confirmation at distances from 7 m to 25 m on a compact 6-inch (15.24 cm) bullseye reactive target, removing the need to step downrange to check entry holes.
Rifle Shooters Zeroing Optics: Provides clear 50 m to 100 m bullet impact tracking through standard low-to-medium magnification scopes across this 6-inch reactive adhesive paper shooting target.
Handloaders and Range Instructors: Offers a bulk 60-pack capacity of heavy tag cardstock targets to support repetitive group testing, velocity load development, and multi-string training drills.

Less suitable for: Extended long-range shooting past 100 to 200 metres, where larger 8-inch, 12-inch, or 12x18-inch reactive target sheets are required for adequate point-of-aim visibility, or very low-velocity airsoft shooting where light plastic BBs lack the force to burst the heavy cardstock coating.
